🔼 Duo Finalists. The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association named Carter Cunningham and Trey Yesavage as semifinalists for the Dick Howser Trophy. The award is given to the top player in college baseball based on two rounds of national voting by NCBWA members. There are a total of 68 candidates from 18 different conferences and 48 schools.

🔼 More to Come. The track and field team had five individuals, and one relay team qualified for the NCAA East First Round meet. The women’s 4×100m relay squad, along with Royal Burris, Melicia Mouzzon, Sydni McMillian, Rebekah Berquist and Naadiya Faison, will be headed to Lexington, KY. on Wednesday through Saturday.

🏴‍☠️ Bristol Carter. The American Athletic Conference named Carter to the All-Freshman Team. Carter is an outfielder who’s had 53 hits and 30 runs so far this season. He has a fielding percentage of .986 and 66 putouts.

🏴‍☠️ Ethan Norby. The American Athletic Conference named Carter to the All-Freshman Team. Norby is a pitcher who threw 41.2 innings so far this season. He recorded 48 strikeouts and only 16 walks.
