🔼 Now a Bird. The Toronto Blue Jays selected Carter Cunningham in the 10th round of the 2024 MLB Draft. Cunningham was the 307th overall pick. He was one of three players to start in all 64 games in 2024. He led the team in batting average (.367), runs scored (77), hits (92) and home runs (17).

🏴‍☠️ Sweet 16. The Seattle Mariners selected right-handed pitcher Wyatt Lunsford-Shenkman in round 16 of the 2024 MLB Draft. Lunsford-Shenkman was the 483rd pick overall. He was a Golden Spikes Award semifinalist, finishing the most recent season with a 3-2 record. He threw 79 strikeouts in 46.1 innings of work and had a 1.55 earned run average.
