🔼 Triple Threat. The women’s basketball team had three players named to the CSC Academic All-District Teams. Savannah Brooks, Jayla Hearp and Anzhané Hutton. Brooks has a 3.92 GPA as she finalizes her degree in university studies. Hearp has a 3.50 GPA as she pursues a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Hutton has a 3.72 GPA in her studies as she pursues a master’s degree in recreation sciences.

🏴‍☠️ Academic Honor. Men’s basketball player Jordan Riley has been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Riley has a 3.63 GPA as he purses his degree in communications. Riley competed and started in 30 games for the Pirates this season, averaging 23.6 points per game which led the American and was second-best nationally.
