🔼 Sweep! The swim and dive team had two athletes earn weekly honors. Frida Zuniga was named the American Conference Diving Athlete of the Week. She scored 302.78 in the 1-meter dive and 359.25 in the 3-meter dive. Cecilia Bragantini was named the Freshman Diving Athlete of the Week. This is the second time she has earned an honor.

🤔 PIRATES TRIVIA

Double-Double. The men’s basketball team had two players record double-doubles on Wednesday against South Florida. Jordan Riley led the team with 25 points and 10 rebounds.

Giovanni Emejuru had ## points and ## rebounds.

🏴‍☠️ Money Talks. The Pirate Club raised $404,000 during a 10-day fundraising challenge honoring the Pirates Military Bowl team. That more than tripled its original goal of $113,000. Just over 300 individuals contributed to the Athletics Excellence Fund and Purple & Gold Society as part of the challenge. Each gift directly supports football student-athletes.
