🔼 The Journey. The baseball team competed in the Conway Regional Opener. The Pirates won their first game against Florida 11-6. Ethan Norby struck out 10 against no walks in a 7.1-inning masterclass. ECU went on to play Coastal Carolina. The Pirates dropped the game 7-18. The team faced an elimination game against Florida on Sunday where they won 11-4. The Pirates fell to Coastal Carolina 1-0 in the finale.

🏴‍☠️ Regionals. Track and field athlete Kelly Ufodiama qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in both the 100m and 200m thanks to a pair of record-setting efforts at the NCAA East First Round. She had times of 11.15 in the 100m and 22.54 in the 200m.
