📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Series Win! The baseball team beat UAB in its three-game series. The Pirates won game one 3-2. Six different players recorded hits. Ethan Norby earned the win on the mound after striking out six batters in 6.0 innings. The Pirates ended it early on Saturday in an 18-1 seven-inning victory. Jack Herring, Grady Lenahan and Austin Irby each hit multi-run home runs. Irby led the team with five RBIs. ECU fell in the final game 11-4.

🔼 Pushed Past. The lacrosse team beat Temple 8-7 on Saturday. Kayla Wilkes scored a late goal to give the Pirates a Senior Day win. Grace Moore and Riley Matthiesen led the team with two goals each. Jaime Behar had 12 saves in goal.

🔼 On the Dirt. The softball team faced Memphis this past weekend. The women fell in game one 2-1. They bounced back to win game two 6-3. Trinity Nichols hit a three-run homer in the third inning. ECU sailed past Memphis in game three, winning 16-5 to take the series. The Pirates run-ruled them in five innings. Hailey Deter hit a grand slam in the top of the fifth inning.

🔼 Round 1. The women’s golf team played round one at the City of Oaks Collegiate. The Pirates are tied for second place with a score of 302 (+14). Danielle Modder leads the team in third place individually. Ella Stalvey is in sixth place.

🏴‍☠️ Honored. Swim and dive athlete Frida Zuniga competed at the NCAA Diving Championship. She earned Second Team All-American honors. She finished 15th with a score of 264 in the platform dive.
