🏴‍☠️ Locked In. Women’s basketball head coach Kim McNeill agreed to a contract extension that will keep her at ECU through the 2028-29 season. McNeill, the 2023 American Conference Coach of the Year, led the Pirates to another great year in 2025-26, finishing with a program-record tying 22 regular season wins and finishing second in the American. In her seven seasons, McNeill has compiled a 109-102 record, including an historic 2022-23 campaign which saw the team win 23 games en route to the American Conference Tournament Championship and the program's third NCAA Tournament berth.
