🔼 Hear Me Out. The Pirates are getting ready to face Charlotte at home on Saturday, and head coach Mike Houston gave us the rundown on what to expect from the team in his weekly press conference. It’s homecoming weekend, and Houston has his guys focused on the game and wants the fans to celebrate the event. The team has been working on ball security and traffic in drills at practice. The team has been gelling together a lot more, so Houston hopes they can be more comfortable in high-pressure fourth quarters going forward.

🔼 Perfectly Placed. We all know how awesome it was that ECU soccer tied the game up against Tulsa, and the American Conference thought it was pretty cool, too. Annabelle Abbott’s goal with seven seconds left on the clock made it on the American Conference Top Plays of the Week. See the goal again in the link above at the 1:13 time mark.

Another Battle. Volleyball is ready to face Memphis tonight and tomorrow, and in the past, the competition has been tight. Last season, the two matches they played against each other went into five sets.
