🔼 Swept ‘Em. The baseball team faced South Florida this past weekend. The Pirates won game one of the series 11-1 in seven innings. Davin Whitaker hit two homers. Walker Barron and Michael Kalinich each hit a home run. The men secured the series win on Saturday in a 12-4 victory. Barron and Nick Parham hit homers. ECU won 12-2 on Sunday in eight innings. Jack Herring and Austin Irby each hit homers. Braden Burress went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate, and Herring led with four hits.

🔼 On the Diamond. The softball team traveled to Tulsa this past weekend. ECU fell in game one 2-1, but bounced back on Saturday in a 2-0 shutout. Anna Sawyer went 2-for-4 at the plate and Sydney Rainford tossed a complete game. The Pirates secured the series win with a 5-4 win on Sunday. Sawyer went 2-for-4 at the plate with two RBIs. Kanisha Anderson had two hits and two runs. ECU won their first-ever series at Tulsa and bested the Golden Hurricane in a three-game series for the first time since 2011.

🏴‍☠️ Huge Win. The lacrosse team won its final home game 21-10 against Charlotte. With the win, the Pirates officially secured their spot as the three seed in the American Conference Tournament taking place next week in Nashville. With 35 points on 21 goals and 14 assists, the Pirates broke single-game records in all three categories for an historic outing. On the other side of the ball, the team's 15 caused turnovers were tied for second in a game in program history.
