🔼 2nd Place. The men’s golf team wrapped up competition at the River Run Collegiate. Luke Mosley tied for second place individually with an overall score of 213 (-3). ECU finished the event tied for third place with a score of 874 (+10). Nathan O’Neal tied for 10th with a score of one over par.
🔼 Top 10. The women’s golf team finished in eighth place at the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational. ECU had a score of 885 (+21). Hannah Barrett led the team with a score of 217 (+1). She tied for 19th individually. Lisa Forss followed, tying for 30th.

🔼 First Time. Football player Ayden Duncanson was named the American Conference Defensive Player of the Week. This is the first weekly honor of his career and first for the Pirates this season. He had an interception against Old Dominion for his first career pick. He returned it 67 yards for a score, tying the game at 17-all. Duncanson also had a pair of tackles and helped to limit the ODU to just 123 yards of total offense.
