🔼 Secured the Dub. The women’s basketball team beat Elon 64-53 on Sunday. Taylor Barner led the team with 21 points. Elon turned the ball over 25 times in the game, the eighth time in 10 games this season in which ECU has forced 20-or-more turnovers. The Pirates shot 42.9% from the field.

🔼 Signees. Football head coach Blake Harrell announced that 16 student-athletes signed grant aids with the Pirates during the NCAA’s early signing period. Five signees are from North Carolina, three are from South Carolina, six are from Georgia and two are from Florida. Of the 16 student-athletes, 15 are expected to enroll at East Carolina in January of 2026 to participate in spring drills.
