🔼 Strong Start. The baseball team won the first game of its series against Florida Atlantic. The Pirates won 7-5 on Thursday. Brayden Bachman hit a homer. Colby Wallace and Grady Lenahan led the team with three hits each. Ryan Towers earned the win on the mound after pitching 5.0 innings and striking out four batters.

Kim Auerswald, Lilly Lancaster, Joan Madi and Skylar Moody earned the award. The honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must compete in at least 75 percent of an institution's days of competition while maintaining a 3.50 GPA or better.
