🔼 Fall Finale. The women’s golf team finished up its season at the Landfall Tradition and ended up tied for 14th place. The team shot 880 (+16), and Danielle Modder led the Pirates with a score of 218 (+2). The team takes a break and will pick up play at the beginning of February.

🔼 Close Call. The Pirates took Tulsa all the way to five sets but couldn’t pull out a win in the final set. ECU won the second set in extra points, 29-27, and the third set in a close 25-22 final. The women put up a fight in the fifth set also where the score went into extra points, but Tulsa snagged the win at 16-14. Brittany Wood and Angeles Alderete both had 13 kills for the Pirates, and Julianna Askew got a double-double with 32 assists and 13 digs.

Tourney Time. The soccer team starts the AAC Championship today and will take on No. 5 Charlotte. This isn’t the first time the Pirates have been in the postseason ranked fourth seed, though.
