🔼  The One and Only. Baseball player Jack Herring was named to the 2026 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division I All-Region Second Team. The senior led the Pirates in several major offensive categories, including slugging percentage (.565), OPS (1.050), RBI (51) and doubles (17). His disciplined approach at the plate also helped him lead the American Conference and rank 13th nationally with 54 walks during the season. Starting in 60 games, Herring compiled a .344 batting average while collecting 72 hits and scoring 57 runs. He added 17 doubles, one triple and nine home runs, while his 54 walks and four hit-by-pitches contributed to an impressive .485 on-base percentage.
