🔼 End Zone Frenzy. The football team beat Temple 56-34. The Pirates were under the direction of interim head coach Blake Harrell. Anthony Smith, Jhari Patterson, Winston Wright Jr., Chase Sowell, Rahjai Harris, Marlon Gunn Jr., Ja’Marley Riddle, and Yannick Smith scored for ECU. Riddle gave ECU’s defense its third pick-six of the year.

🔼 DUB! The soccer team beat Florida Atlantic 2-0, securing the program’s first undefeated season on the road. The Pirates also clinched their spot in the American Athletic Conference Tournament. Samantha Moxie and Caitlen-Star Dolan Boodram scored. Maeve English and Annabelle Abbott made their 83rd career appearances, moving to second in program history. English also has the most career starts in program history at 83.
🔼 Ruling the Waters. The swim team beat Campbell 177.50-74.50. The Pirates took first in the 400-yard medley (3:48.09) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:38.18). Four swimmers earned multiple victories— Sadie Covington, Heidi Bruining, Sara Kalawska and Mikayla Durkin. The dive team competed in a tri-meet against Liberty and James Madison. Olivia Templeton won the 1-meter dive.
🔼 Top 10. The men’s golf team competed at the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational and finished 13th. Nathan O’Neal led the Pirates, tying 10th individually with a score of 210 (-6). This was his second consecutive top-10 finish of the year.

🏴☠️ Sweep! The volleyball team swept Florida Atlantic 3-0. The Pirates are now 14-6 overall and 7-3 in conference play. Fran McBride led the team with seven kills and six blocks. Angeles Alderete was right behind with seven kills and one block.
🏴☠️ Match Results. The women’s tennis team had two athletes compete in the ACC Individual Championships. Ines Bachir won her first match against North Texas. Xenia Jeromin and Bachir beat North Texas in the doubles first round.
