🔼 Hot Plate. The softball team was hot at the plate in its game against Campbell. The Pirates had 10 hits and won 3-1. Emma Jackson went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and a solo home run. Jackson leads the nation with 22 doubles. Taylor Apple picked up the win on the mound, only allowing one hit in three innings of work.
🔼 Dominating Performance. The baseball team defeated No. 19 NC State 12-4. The Pirates had 13 hits compared to five fly NC State. This was the program’s first win over the Wolfpack in Raleigh since 2009.

Mustache Madness. The ECU baseball team held a 2024 Mustache March bracket, and you all picked the winner.

🏴☠️ Champions! The women’s golf team finished first in the Ironwood Invitational, and Nicole Nash placed first individually. The team scored 885 (+21), and Nash scored 214 (-2). She is the first Pirate to finish first in a tournament since a fellow teammate in 2021.
🏴☠️ Honor Roll! The women’s lacrosse team had two athletes named to the American Conference Weekly Honor Roll— Brynn Knight and Caroline Kimel. Knight had 17 total saves in the two games last week. Kimel had seven points in last week’s games, three of them being goals.
