📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Roaring 20’s. The boss ladies finished in seventh place at the Lady Paladin Invitational with a final score of 884 (+20). ECU started out high with scores of 298 and 300 in rounds one and two but improved to 286 when they were super familiar with the course in round three.

Oda Sofie Kilsti led the Pirates with a score of 218 (+2) where she tied for 17th place. The team had three ducks in a row with Danielle Modder tied for 28th (+5) and Nicole Nash and Ella Stalvey coming in right below tied at 30th (+6). The team has finished top 10 in each tournament so far but will look to try and take a top-five win at the Evie Odom Invitational starting on Oct. 6.

🔼 Stealthy Six. The women’s tennis team had a great run at the Elon Fall Invitational, with 16 singles victories and six doubles wins. Noelle Talarek went to the finals but fell by a 6-1, 7-5 margin. Martina Muzzolon and Kim Auerswald placed third in their singles draws and teamed up to take third in their doubles draw. ECU also took home five consolation draw titles.

Can’t Get Enough. We are still frolicking in our gold after the huge 44-0 shutout win for Pirates football. To keep on shining, we are going to go over the stats from the Gardner-Webb game.

🏴‍☠️ Little Shadow. Don't forget to sign up your girls to shadow game-day staff at this weekend’s volleyball match! For more information, email [email protected]. The team plays Florida Atlantic at noon on Saturday.

🏴‍☠️ Dozen Down. The men’s golf team took a 12th-place finish in the Rod Myers Invitational with a final score of 901 (+37). The course was a challenge for all, with only two teams hitting under par. Lucas Augustsson led the Pirates with a 219 (+3) score to place him 20th individually.
