Good morning Pirates. The men’s basketball 2026 non-conference schedule is here! This marks the sixth straight year the Pirates will open the season inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum. Game times and television assignments along with a finalized American Conference schedule will be announced at a later date.

🔼 Welcome! The women’s tennis team hired Colin Tavares as an assistant coach. Tavares just finished playing four years at Eastern Florida State College and Nicholls State. Tavares was the team captain for the 2025-26 season and held the team's top singles record in 2024-25 on lines two and three and recorded the top doubles record on the team across all lines in that same season. He earned his bachelor of science in psychology from Nicholls State in May 2026.

Scholar Team. The men’s golf team earned the 2025-26 Platform Golf Team Academic Award.

The Pirates had a program-best #.## GPA.

🏴‍☠️ Top Six. The men’s golf team had six players named 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars. Philip Linberg Bondestad, Davis DeLille, Luke Mosley, Drew O'Neal, Nathan O'Neal and Holden Rucker were selected. The six selections are the most in program history besting the four honorees from 2020-21, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Bondestad garnered his third consecutive honor, while Nathan O'Neal is a two-time selection. The quartet of DeLillie, Mosley, Drew O'Neal and Rucker are first time recipients.
