🔼 Rankings are Here. The men’s basketball team was picked ninth in the American Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll. The Pirates received 63 points. RJ Felton was named to the AAC Preseason First Team. He and Jayden Gardner have been the only ECU players to earn First Team preseason honors and be named AAC preseason team in back-to-back seasons.

🔼 Snapped! The soccer team snapped No. 16 Memphis’ 17-game home win streak with a 1-1 tie. Caitlen-Star Dolan Boodram scored in the 75th minute to tie it up. Maeve English moved into second in program history with her 81st start.

🔼 Pirate Par. The women’s golf team competed at the Ruth’s Chris Invitational and finished in 14th with a score of 901 (+61). Nicole Nash and Marta Perez tied for 48th individually with a score of 224 (+14).

🏴‍☠️ Preseason Picks. The women’s basketball team was picked sixth in the American Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll. The team received 91 points in the vote. Amiya Joyner earned Preseason All-Conference Second Team. Through two seasons, she has 723 points, 609 rebounds and 98 blocks.
