🔼 First Dub. The men’s basketball team won its season opener against Georgia Southern 92-89. Jordan Riley led the game with 22 points. Giovanni Emejuru was right behind with 17 points. The Pirates shot 46.7% from the field.

🔼 First Dub. The women’s basketball team won its first game of the regular season against UNCW 82-63. ECU held UNCW under 15 points in three quarters. The team shot 49.2% from the field. Six players were in double figures. Kennedy Fauntleroy led the team with 16 points and Anzhané Hutton was right behind with 15.

🔼 Tight Match. The soccer team fell to Memphis 1-0 in the American Conference quarterfinals. ECU had six shots, and three were on goal. Goalkeeper Olivia Dietrich had eight saves. The Pirates end their season 6-8-4 overall and 4-4-2 in conference play.
