🔼  Benchmark Hit. Danae McNeal just hit her 750th career point in the game against VCU. Since it’s only the start of the season, we may see her even hit her 1,000th career point later this season. After just three games, McNeal has a total of 57 points. She’s hit double digits in each game, with her highest being 22 points against Elon.

🔼 Battle of the Seas. The Pirates battle Navy this weekend to see who will be the real ruler of the seas. Before the fight begins, let’s see what we are getting into. The Pirates are looking for their second-straight road win. Head coach Mike Houston wants his defense to be strong against Navy. Our defensive players are ones with experience, ranking 37th nationally, and that is a plus for Houston. He loves how Andrew Conrad has been performing and freshman Antione Jackson’s learning abilities.

Last Up. The volleyball team has its last couple of matches coming up. Tonight and tomorrow, the team takes on Charlotte in the final home matches of the regular season. The very last regular season match will be away on Nov. 22.
