📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Mason Movin’. The Pirates took on SMU in Thursday night football and had a strong start but couldn’t quite finish the job. The team was able to bring themselves within four points of the Mustangs after Andrew Conrad made a 49-yard field goal and quarterback Mason Garcia ran six yards for a touchdown. In the third quarter, no one scored, but the Mustangs were able to get 17 points in the fourth. The team will look to work on its second-half performance before next week’s game against Charlotte.

🔼 Fall Ball Feels. While you’re watching alumnus Jeff Hoffman continue to play in the MLB postseason on the Phillies, we can’t forget about the current Pirate baseball players who are having a meet and greet on Sunday. Come out to the scrimmage against Clemson at 1 p.m., meet the players afterward, and receive a free pennant.

Season Review. The cross-country team is wrapping up its regular season this weekend at the Pirate Invitational. They have completed three meets so far, and we are going to see if you remember their highest finish.
