🔼 Two Firsts. The Pirates snagged their first conference win this season against South Florida with yet another shutout. Abby Sowa shot her first goal of the season off of a penalty kick in the second half. Lucy Fazackerley scored her second goal of the season as a freshman in the first half. Overall, ECU had a total of seven shots and five shots on goal.
🔼 Women’s World Tour. Catch them in Greenville and all around the states. Women's basketball hops on the non-conference play train starting Nov. 6. The team's first conference game is on Jan. 2 against UTSA and is at home. The Pirates are at home for 16 games, so make sure to put the dates in your calendar so you don’t miss them!
🤔 PIRATES TRIVIA
Turf Twins. The Pirates and Rice have won an even amount of games against each other. Each of the team's wins has been on home turf. If it stands true that history repeats itself, ECU should be adding another home turf-win this weekend.
Today’s question—how many total times has ECU played Rice?
