🔼 Women’s Basketball vs. UNCW, Saturday. Lydia West has been named East Carolina's Director of Football Operations as announced by head coach Blake Harrell.
 
West comes to Greenville following nearly eight years at Kennesaw State University where she served as coordinator of football operations/recruiting (2017-22) and recently as the director of football operations (2022-24).

🔼 MBB Blip. RJ Felton scored 19 points but East Carolina could not come up with a defensive stop in the final seconds as the Pirates fell 84-79 to Gardner-Webb on Saturday afternoon.

East Carolina begins AAC play at South Florida on New Year's Eve at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN+.

🔼 New Head Honcho. Noah Joseph, who has 20 years of coaching experience, has been named general manager of East Carolina Football.
 
Joseph's hire ends a two-year stint at Purdue University (2023-24) in the same role with the Boilermakers, where he was responsible for player personnel and roster management, scouting and player evaluation, recruiting budget, management of name, image and likeness (NIL) as well as revenue sharing along with various other items.
