🔼 Flawless, Fellas. The Pirates beat Old Dominion in their midweek game last week, then beat Cincinnati on Friday, then beat Cincinnati on Saturday, and then beat Cincinnati on Sunday.

East Carolina was the only ranked team in the country to have a perfect week, as they moved up to No. 7 in this week’s D1Baseball’s Top 25.

🔼 Sixth After One. After one day of the AAC Championship, East Carolina women’s golf sits in sixth place.

Oda Sofie Kilsti led the way for the Pirates, carding a 1-under 71 to put herself in a tie for 10th. Danielle Modder carded a 2-over 74, Andrea Miralles Llopis shot 3-over 75, Macie Burcham a 4-over 76, and Marta Perez a 10-over 82.

🔼 Draft Dreams. The Athletic’s Dane Brugler released his seven-round mock draft on Monday, and a talented Pirate makes an appearance.

Brugler mock drafted East Carolina running back Keaton Mitchell to the Cleveland Browns in the sixth round. Mitchell ran 201 times for the Pirates last year, racking up 1,499 yards and 14 touchdowns, adding 27 catches and a touchdown in the passing game, as well.
