🔼 Road Shock. Friday nights are for round numbers - East Carolina baseball will look to earn its 30th win of the season and 10th in a row tonight at Wichita State.

Wichita State owns the No. 2 offense in the AAC in terms of batting average and the No. 2 pitching staff in terms of ERA - it just so happens that East Carolina leads in both categories!

That should make for three close games in the heartland!

🔼 Meet Us In Philly. East Carolina lacrosse heads to Philadelphia this weekend for a conference matchup with Temple.

After back-to-back tough losses to top-10 teams, the Pirates head to the City of Brotherly Love battle-tested and ready to get back in the win column.

Temple is 6-8 on the season, with a 1-3 mark in conference play.

🔼 Battle At The Top. It will be a Pirate invasion in Wichita this weekend, with ECU softball also in town to take on the Shockers.

Wichita State is hosting East Carolina at the wrong time, with the Pirates righting the ship of late with a series win over Memphis last weekend and run-rule victory over NC Central on Wednesday.

To their credit, the No. 23 Shockers have put together quite the season - at 10-2 in conference play, they sit in first place in the AAC.

🔼 Fresh Princes. East Carolina men’s golf heads to Belleair, Fla., this weekend for The American Championships, held at Pelican Golf Club.

The Pirates have won two of their last three tournaments dating back to March 20, and hope to ride that momentum into this weekend.

The No. 7 seeded Pirates will start things off against No. 8 seed Wichita State and No. 9 Temple on Friday.

Rack ‘Em Up. East Carolina pitchers combined for 10 strikeouts on Wednesday against Charlotte. Striking out double-digits is becoming a bit of a habit for the Pirates.
