🔼 First Dub. The softball team won its first game in the American Athletic Conference Championships. The Pirates had revenge against UAB and shut them out 4-0. ECU had seven hits and no errors. Anna Sawyer went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Kanisha Anderson hit an inside-the-park home run. Addy Bullis picked up the complete game win in the circle.

🔼 Honor #1. The American Athletic Conference named Trey Yesavage to this week’s Honor Roll. Yesavage pitched seven innings in Friday’s game against South Florida. He only allowed five hits and one run. He struck out 11 batters and had an ERA of 1.29.

🏴‍☠️ Honor #2. The American Athletic Conference named Justin Wilcoxen to the weekly Honor Roll. The catcher had four hits and three RBIs last weekend in the three-game series against South Florida. He also scored four runs. See his stats here.
