🔼 Under Center. Hampton Ergle got a start at center in last year’s Birmingham Bowl, and has a chance to majorly impact the offensive line in his fourth year on campus.

Ergle, who wears No. 74, practiced mostly at guard and tackle before filling in at center in the Birmingham Bowl, showing off his versatility.

🔼 Going, Going, Gone. Are any of you like us, leaning back in our chair, taking a sip of coffee, and thinking about that time this year when East Carolina baseball hit six home runs against NC State in a 13-9 win?

In a meeting that morning that only included players whose first name started with the letter J, it was decided that everyone would hit home runs* - Jacob Jenkins-Cowart (x3), Josh Moylan, Jacob Starling and Joey Berini all went yard.

*that meeting is very much unconfirmed, but we like to think it happened
