🔼 Over, But Not Soon Forgotten. East Carolina’s season came to an end on Sunday in the Charlottesville Regional with a 8-3 loss to Virginia in the Regional finals.

And although the goal was to play deeper into the month of June, this season was one for the history books:

🏴‍☠️ Fourth consecutive regular season AAC title

🏴‍☠️ Program-record 11 players on the All-AAC Teams

🏴‍☠️ Josh Moylan: new AAC single-season RBI record-holder

🔼 From The First Two. The Pirates played well over the weekend at the Charlottesville Regional, blowing by Oklahoma in game one and losing a one-run game to Virginia in game two. Here’s how it happened:

Game One: East Carolina 14, Oklahoma 5

Savage On The Mound. East Carolina starter Trey Yesavage broke past the 100-strikeout mark on the season on Friday, ending his night against Oklahoma at 105 punchouts on the year.
