🔼 All About The Bling. ‘Birmingham Bowl Champions’ looks awfully good framed by diamonds, don’t you think?
🔼 Double A Debut. Carson Whisenhunt has to be in line for employee of the year in the San Francisco Giants’ organization - he’s already earned two promotions this year, and the calendar just turned to June!
Whisenhunt, a second round pick of the Giants last year, will be making his Double A debut tonight for the Richmond Flying Squirrels.
So far in 2022, the left-hander has a 2.08 ERA in 39 innings to go along with 56 strikeouts.
🔼 Staff Addition. East Carolina head volleyball coach Adler Augustin has announced the addition of Frank Craig III as an assistant coach for the upcoming season!
Craig brings head coaching experience to the Pirates, serving as the head coach at Oral Roberts for three seasons from 2020-22. As a player, Craig was an All-American at Lourdes University and Great Lakes Conference Player of the Year as a senior.
