🔼 Women of the Year. East Carolina has two nominees for the prestigious NCAA Woman of the Year Award!

Women’s basketball’s Micah Dennis and soccer’s Carsen Parker have been recognized for their work on and off the court, and are two of 619 nominees nationwide.

The NCAA Woman of the Year program recognizes graduating female student-athletes for excellence In academics, athletics, community service and leadership.

🔼 Jump Man. What a year it has been for East Carolina jumper Jared Harrell!

The most recent accomplishment? Harrell has earned a spot representing Team USA on the Pan American U20 Team in the triple jump.

The Pirate sophomore finished fourth with a distance of 15.13m at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. to qualify for the team.

The Pan American U20 Championships will take place from August 4-6 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.
