🔼 High Five! The baseball team beat UNC Wilmington 5-3 on Wednesday. The Pirates had 11 hits. Colby Wallace and Grady Lenahan went 2-for-3 at the plate. Lenahan gained two of the five RBIs. Joseph Webb picked up the win on the mound.

🔼 Midweek Win. The softball team beat Campbell 2-1 on Wednesday. Kanisha Anderson hit a double, stole third and scored on Anna Sawyer’s sac fly. Trinity Nichols scored on a Campbell error in the fourth inning to secure the win. Julia Apostolakos tossed a season-high six strikeouts in the complete game win.

🏴‍☠️ National Honor. Men’s basketball player Jordan Riley was named one of the five Oscar Robertson National Players of the Week. He is the first Pirate in program history to earn national player of the week honors three times in the same season. Riley averaged 29 points, eight rebounds and four steals per game last week in wins against UTSA and Memphis.
