📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Series Dub. The baseball team defeated Columbia 17-3, 8-0 and 8-6. The Pirates posted a season-high 17 runs scored. Zach Root threw six scoreless innings in game two and lowered his earned run average to 1.21. The Pirates finished the series with a game-three sweep. This is the second straight weekend and third time this campaign the team has registered a sweep.

🔼 Dubs x2. The women’s golf team picked up two wins at Cutter Creek Match Play. The Pirates won three matches and tied two. Oda Sofie Kilsti and Macie Burcham won the two matches. Nicole Nash swept the Purple Bracket. Andrea Miralles won both matchups in the Gold Bracket. Zoe Allaux had two wins in the White Bracket.

🏴‍☠️ Rally On. The women’s tennis team beat Elon 4-3 after a dominant singles play. The Pirates won four singles matches to take the win. Kim Auerswald picked up her team-leading eighth singles win on court one.

🎾 Here are the set scores.

🏴‍☠️ Day 1 Done. The swim and dive team competed at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship and posted top 16 finishes on day one. The 400-yard medley relay team took 15th place. The 200-yard freestyle team finished in 16th place.
