📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Clinched the Win. The football team beat Memphis 31-27, its fourth straight win, in its Senior Day game on Saturday. The Pirates pushed through with a win in the final minutes of the game. Katin Houser hooked up with backup receiver Payton Mangrum on a 31-yard touchdown with 1:08 to play, and Mike Wright Jr. intercepted a last-gasp pass to clinch a 31-27 victory. Overall, ECU had 332 total passing yards and 122 total rushing yards.

🔼 Season Finale. The cross country team competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional. Abrielle Schweitzer ran a personal-best 20:53.3 in the 6k. Her finish of 65th place marks ECU’s highest individual regional placement since 2019.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The volleyball team took UAB into five sets and won 3-2. Aulie Huff led the team with 20 kills. Kai Bailey added 19 kills. The Pirates hit .280 compared to UAB’s .160. The women lost their season finale against Memphis 3-1 on Sunday. The Pirates end their season 12-15 overall and 4-12 in conference play.

🔼 Just Short. The women’s basketball team fell to High Point 84-68 on Sunday. Anzhané Hutton led the team with a double-double of 18 points and 17 rebounds. Kennedy Fauntleroy was right behind with 17 points. The team is now 2-2 overall.

🤔 PIRATES TRIVIA

New Golfer. The men’s golf team added two athletes to its 2026 roster. Lane Wilson is from South Carolina. He won the 2026 South Carolina Junior Match Play.

Jackson Bryce finished # at the 2025 TYGA Bojangles Junior.
