Samantha Moxie and Caitlen-Star Dolan Boodram scored. Overall, the team had 16 shots, and 7 were on goal.

🏴‍☠️ Pirates to the Mountains. The football team takes on Appalachian State at home tomorrow in a nearly sold-out Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. The game begins at 4 p.m. and will be live on ESPNU. The Pirates look to take a dub as they fall behind in the all-time series 21-12. This is the third time Mike Houston has coached the team against the Mountaineers.
