🔼 Big Wins. The softball team competed in the American Athletic Conference Championships. The Pirates beat Memphis 7-1 in round one. Emma Jackson hit two home runs and recorded three RBIs. She set a new single-season program record for home runs by a Pirate. Next, the Pirates beat Charlotte 4-3. Anna Sawyer hit a solo home run and had two RBI, and Taylor Apple threw a complete game. ECU will play South Florida in the semifinals today at 3:30pm.
