🔼 Senior Night Dub. The soccer team had a victorious senior night. The Pirates beat Rice 2-1, securing the third seed in the American Athletic Conference Tournament. Third is the team’s highest league finish since winning the CUSA regular season title in 2008 and their highest ever in the American. Abby Sowa and Sierra Lowery scored for ECU.

🔼 Honorable Mentions. Two sports had players receive Honorable Mentions from the American Athletic Conference. For football, Katin Houser and Ja’Marley Riddle earned the honor. Houser completed 16-of-29 passes for 269 yards and five touchdowns. Riddle had two interceptions, including a 55-yard return for a touchdown and three tackles. For volleyball, Fran McBride earned the award.
