Pirate Brew 10/9: Two Town Take Down

Today, we're looking at volleyball, beating Tulane and North Texas.

Good morning. Even though the Pirates didn’t have a football game this past weekend, we hope you at least watched episode six of We The East on ESPN+. If not, there’s a short wait for the game this week, with it being on Thursday.

We like our Brew hot n’ fresh. But we’re not opposed to you reheating your cup. Here’s some news you may have missed recently…

🏴‍☠️ Wins and Breaks. The ECU swim and dive team took down UNC Asheville at home with a 205-95 win. This is the team’s fourth win of the season, and along with it, Kaylee Hamblin broke the school record for the fastest 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:01.85.

🏴‍☠️ Jumping Jaguar. Zay Jones was in the end zone again this past weekend when the Jacksonville Jaguars took on the Buffalo Bills. Jones scored the first touchdown of the game in the first quarter with a jumping grab at the very back of the end zone.
